This repository contains instructions for researchers within WCWH who use AWS to query the database or upload data to the database.
Everyone will use connect to athena to log into the AWS Athena query editor to query the database.
Lab groups who upload data to the central database will additionally use connect to S3 and s3-upload-protocol.
