Still using mamba 1, I don't get it....

@JohanMabille you didn't pin mamba version, so it gets downgraded during another mamba install.

We don't cache anything, so it's never a caching issue

The failure is unrelated to the change (no space left on device). I think we can close this one and release mamba / micromamba.
