Bump Playwright in fixtures/flight

Current version is not compatible with Ubuntu 24.04 which all our GH runners will switch soon to since we're using ubuntu-latest

The version in the compiler playground is already compatible. We need at least 1.45 (microsoft/playwright#30368) and there we have 1.47.
