chore(perf): avoid excess for queries for different types of artwork saves

This PR is analogous to artsy/force#14770 and aims to avoid excess API requests for artworks' saves (to both the default collection and any non-default collection).

This is a draft, since the updated save ("heart") state is not yet accurately updated.
