We decided to use GitHub’s Discussions feature to relay news and announcements about the project.

While we already keep the VSecM Roadmap and VSecM Release Notes pages up-to-date, the “Discussions” feature on GitHub will benefit those who subscribe to get notifications.

Why? Doesn’t the release notes convey a similar purpose?

Since the roadmap and announcements pages on the VSecM website do not yet have an RSS feed (contributions welcome on that), you won’t be able to subscribe. However, with the “Discussions” feature, you can be notified as soon as something important happens.

In addition, the “Discussions” feature allows for bidirectional communication, fostering community interaction.

Summer Break

That said, our core team is going on a well-deserved summer vacation.

Until the beginning of July, we will only patch critical vulnerabilities and zero-day exploits and not do any active development.

We appreciate your understanding and continued support. If you have any questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to let us know.
