System prevents dates updates through grievance module for flexfields #29

When I use the grievance module to update the date of af a flex-field of type date the system prevents it with an error message mentioning invalid value type for a field

Step to reproduce:

1. Go on grievance and feedback module
2. Open a grievance category "Data Change" Issue type "Individual Data Update"
3. Select any individual
4. update a flex field of type date (example in screenshot from trn, field national_id_issue_date_i_f )
5. Click on save button

Expected results
Grievance is created

Actual result
System does not create grievances and display error message invalid value type for a field national_id_issue_date_i_f
