Is it possible to tell pynsist to bundle the PyPy Windows files instead of the official one?

It's not. Feel free to investigate it, but I'm fairly happy with the scope of Pynsist as is, so I'm not necessarily going to incorporate PyPy support. See also if you need more flexibility in the docs.

PyPy can be take-away because of portable interpreter. It's easy to make an archive for both pypy folder and your project. Write a cmd or cpython file to execute it can work~(I bundled the execute cpython file in pyinstaller, regard pypy folder and real project as resource files and it workd)
