[kube-state-metrics] Allow using custom TLS certificate in kube-rbac-proxy

When I enable kubeRBACproxy automatically kube-state-metrics uses token for auth, I expect to be able to use custom TLS for auth. And in values ​​there is no addition for the custom TLS secret.

Support custom TLS resources in kube-rbac-proxy from a secret volume and/or Add support for client TLS auth
