But despite that, it has got 9 stars and 6 watchers. Probably because people are actually interested in the idea. I can't open a pull request on an empty repository, but I suggest adding a README with a link to https://github.com/ipfs/package-managers/blob/master/docs/papers.md, where such a list of papers has actually been maintained.
