[Feature request] Add support for --security-opts

Docker run can get --security-opts (see here). Those are needed e.g. if you want to use group managed service accounts in Windows Containers. I would like to be able to set those during run as well as in templates. If you can point me in the direction, I'd be happy to try to create the PR myself
