Cron Backups to file or maybe even sftp?

It would be nice if we could cron a backup to either a volume we have mounted to portainer or maybe even an sftp endpoint.

I'd prefer to just back my configuration up on prem, versus sending the data to an s3 bucket. I could mount a volume to portainer that points to a network share and just cron the backups to occur daily

Or if that's too hard, sftp would be nice. I think most firms have sftp endpoints.
