It seems that you are uninstalled obs first and it's plugin distroav later.

Can you install obs again, and reinstall distroav, uninstall distroav, uninstall obs?

brew install obs
brew reinstall distroav
brew uninstall distroav
brew uninstall obs

Of course, I will try to find more nicer way but anyway it would works.

This is really weird. Maybe delete it manually,

rm -r $(brew --caskroom)/distroav

It will not trigger to delete package, so you could run more

brew reinstall distroav
brew uninstall distroav

to remove package files.
