The new website needs a page for different ways to engage with the community who is working on Organic Maps.

Criteria

Create a page
Implement with design (link will be provided when design is complete)
- Include descriptions and links to: Feature Discussions, Development, Content Contribution, Social Media, News
Navigation integrates with the other pages
All design elements and standards of the website apply to this page
