python3 - pip Dependencies refuses installation

Dear all

I hope you can help me out:
I have been following the instructions on https://open-web-calendar.quelltext.eu/host/pypi/ but unfortunately I do receive an error message:

sudo pip install --break-system-packages open-web-calendar

ERROR: Cannot install open-web-calendar==1.38, open-web-calendar==1.39 and open-web-calendar==1.40 because these package versions have conflicting dependencies.

The conflict is caused by:
    open-web-calendar 1.40 depends on flask-allowedhosts
    open-web-calendar 1.39 depends on flask-allowedhosts
    open-web-calendar 1.38 depends on flask-allowedhosts

To fix this you could try to:
1. loosen the range of package versions you've specified
2. remove package versions to allow pip attempt to solve the dependency conflict

I tried to find out what could solve the dependencies, but I failed.

Thanks for reporting this.. indeed, the package was deleted and a new one created that fixes a few problems. I have already made the changes but not yet released the fix. I can do that, I think...

Just installed it. Installation seems to work like a charm:

If you have any advice on how to install and use it for other people who use pip, I invite you to add a little more documentation to the docs: https://open-web-calendar.quelltext.eu/host/pypi/
I.e. if you know how too use is with pipx (really recommended) or in a virtual environment.
