[Package Issue]: Citrix.Workspace is producing an 3010 exit code

• I have searched for my issue and not found a work-in-progress/duplicate/resolved issue.
• I have not been informed if the issue is resolved in a preview version of the winget client.

Installation issue.

Brief description of your issue

Winget installation of Citrix.Workspace results in exit code 3010, this is causing the installation to be logged as a failure

Steps to reproduce

winget install --id Citrix.Workspace ( I am using Nerdio for this though)

Actual behavior

Installer exit code 3010 indicates that a reboot is required.

Expected behavior

It'll be ideal of error code is recognised as the installer simply needing a reboot

In #153966, the silent install parameter for this package was changed. I did not find a description of the /norestart parameter in the documentation for the package, but did find a description of the noreboot parameter.
Maybe it's caused by wrong installation parameters?
Edit: Unable to reproduce in a Windows11 x64 VM.

In addition, this package requires specific parameters to be silently uninstalled: 使用命令行界面进行卸载
