Description of the new feature / enhancement

Would be grand with release notes / changelog for the Microsoft.WinGet.Client PowerShell module.

@o-l-a-v Any PRs with changes to the PowerShell module are captured in the WinGet release notes. Or are you suggesting an alternative mechanism for release notes associated with the module?

I think that is what I'm suggesting, yes. Separate relelase notes for the module.
