Build Version: 20241207.1
Regression: Not a Regression

Repro Steps:

F1 -> Select "Azure Container Apps: Toggle Environment Variable Visibility".
Check whether the next step is "Select a container apps environment".

Expected:
The next step is "Select a container apps environment".

Actual:
An error "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'toggleValueVisibility')" occurs.

More Info:
This issue does not reproduce when clicking the visibility icon of environment variables.
