Regression: Not a Regression

Repro Steps:

Create a container app and enable Dapr for it.
Set the color theme to Dark for VS Code, such as "Default Dark Modern".
Expand the container app -> Expand "Configurations" node.
Check whether the contrast ratio of Dapr icon is greater than 3:1.

Expect:
The contrast ratio of Dapr icon is greater than 3:1.

Actual:
The contrast ratio of Dapr icon is less than 3:1.

More Info:
This issue does not reproduce in Light theme.
