Microsoft.Health.Dicom.Client Nuget ?

Hello,

I am new to Dicom and set up the server using PAAS says to use Dicom Client, the link provided shows an error (https://microsofthealthoss.visualstudio.com/FhirServer/_packaging?_a=package&feed=Public&package=Microsoft.Health.Dicom.Client&protocolType=NuGet). My question is should we just download the code and create or our library or is there a NuGet package out there with a different name?
