Azure Data Studio Does not display the list of databases after a Manual migration from Azure Postgres Single Server to Azure Postgres Flexible Server

• Azure Data Studio Version:1.50.0
• OS Version: Microsoft Windows 11 Enterprise

Steps to Reproduce:

1.Migrate a Server with 8-9 databases each which are between 1-15 Gb using Azure Portal From Azure Postgres Single Server to Azure Postgres Flexible Server manually instead of doing with Auto migration
2.After successful Migration, login with the new Connection String and creds from Azure Data Studio
3.Upon successful connection, expand the Databases Selection folder. The list of databases is not shown

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?:
