DPI Scaling is always a problem with users who use multiple sizes of monitors. This issue has already been fixed by LittleBigMouse, and open sourced at https://github.com/mgth/LittleBigMouse, however users who are not aware regularly complaint of this.
With due credits to the original authors, this application/background service should become a standard feature in Windows, so that users do not need to manually install this feature. Additionally, additional scrutiny and support from Microsoft & PowerToys community would see this feature continually developed and improved upon.
Scenario when this would be used?
Working in windows with multiple monitors of varied physical sizes with the same resolution, different resolutions with same sizes, or a mix.
Enhanced versions of this service could add to the quality of Mixed Reality Link when users resize virtual screen sizes in VR/XR.
