Description of the new feature / enhancement

Currently, when too many icons on the taskbar, even when setting is set to never combine, Windows will put a three dot icon on the right side and hide/group overrunning icons even with ample room left in taskbar width on monitor.
As seen below, even with remaining taskbar room, Windows forces extra window/program icons to be grouped to the right side.

If possible, a mod that would force smaller icon width and not group any window icons together would be a huge improvement to the workspace.

Scenario when this would be used?

To override a situation when then taskbar thinks it's too full and auto groups open programs/windows.
