Microsoft PowerToys version

0.86.0

Installation method

Microsoft Store

Running as admin

Yes

Area(s) with issue?

General

Steps to reproduce

after the last update, the Microsoft store released the "release" version instead of the "preview", and now it is displayed as uninstalled in the store, as well as in the application uninstall menu (in the usual and in the control panel (with more global settings)) it simply does not exist. also, when by some miracle it appeared in the uninstall menu for a couple of seconds, I deleted it, but it recovered, and reported "a new version has been installed". after disabling all modules and removing it from the "run as administrator" mode, I still couldn't find it in the list. And yes, I tried to right-click on the application icon in the start menu, but it takes me to the list of applications where it is not. the files themselves exist and run without problems and continue their work

✔️ Expected Behavior

in the application itself, you can find "delete", or the normal display in the lists of installed applications so that I can delete it without problems

❌ Actual Behavior

I don't see a way to safely delete it.

Other Software

windows 11 last version

Can you go to Windows Settings > Apps > Installed Apps > Search PowerToys > ... menu > Uninstall?

I just tried to uninstall and it did fully uninstall from start menu. Maybe start menu had a refresh issue? I'm going to ask the most "microsoft" question, does it still show up now? after a reboot?
