Microsoft PowerToys version

Area(s) with issue?

PowerToys Run

Steps to reproduce

  1. Turn on the PowerToys Run feature
  2. Activate the shortcut to open the dialogue box
  3. Attempt to drag the dialogue box (it won't move)

✔️ Expected Behavior

Previously I was able to drag the PowerToys Run dialogue box around my screen, but I can't as of v0.87.0.
This might've been intentional I suppose. If it was, an option to turn it back on would be greatly appreciated.
