This seems to be a Windows 10 issue. Thanks for opening the issue. We're working on fixing it, but still deciding if it's getting in a hotfix or not.

@Tschipcraft , we did test this and it seemed to be working fine. I just tested again to make sure:

I looked into it, mine stemmed from a custom accent color I set for inactive windows using the registry key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\DWM\AccentColorInactive instead. I totally understand if this is something you don't want to spend time fixing though, but it did work fine prior to 0.87
