Better draggable window for PowerToys Run

Description of the new feature / enhancement

Instead of being able to only drag the search window by the magnifying glass icon, it would be more convenient to drag on any non-field non-button spot.

Scenario when this would be used?

When trying to copy something in the center of the screen I'd wish to move the window, which is possible, but instinctively I reach for the top like any other window.
Since I personally took a long time to figure out the icon is the dragging point and many may also attempt dragging from the top instead of even trying the icon it would be a QoL improvement in such scenarios.
