Description of the new feature / enhancement

if I klick the rigth mouse button on a file it shows me "Open with".
To add something like this für directories I have to hack into the registry.
So I want a possibility to choose applications to add to the rmb menu for directories.

Image

Scenario when this would be used?

Open with "VS Code"
Open with "Backup"
