Steps to reproduce

Just enable colorpicker and Powertoys run. There is no need to actually toggle anything. Just enable it in the settings and open taskmanager.

✔️ Expected Behavior

RAM usage in idle <200MB each.

❌ Actual Behavior

RAM usage of >1GB each while not doing anything.

I have an intel core 7 155H (x86 processor) and only 16GB RAM
