Quick accent window at location of text being entered

Description of the new feature / enhancement

Right now you can only select a static position. This doesn't really make sense for the feature. You'll typically be viewing the letters you are typing. Then you have to search for the accent window.

It would be better if it showed up right above or below the current text being entered depending on space available.

Scenario when this would be used?

When you're typing and want to quickly enter an accented ltter
