[AADApplication] Application not found or OnPremisesPublishing is not enabled for your tenant

Description of the issue

While investigating another issue, we noticed a large number of 404 errors in the MicrosoftWindowsDSCETW logs. All of the errors are similar, just repeating for every AADApplication in our tenant.

In the logs, we see the first instance around ~October 27th.

I confirm that I have the same issue while using Assert-M365DSCBlueprint. I get this error for all "AADApplication" resources.
It's does not prevent retrieving those resources but it pollute a bit the logs and it would be great if you could remove those errors.
