I am trying to run scikit-cuda to run PCA but getting the following error:

Problem

LogicError: cuFuncSetBlockShape failed: invalid resource handle

Environment

NVIDIA-DGX 1

List the following info:

  • Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS
  • Python 3.7.4
  • NVIDIA-SMI 418.116.00 Driver Version: 418.116.00 CUDA Version: 10.1, pre-installed
  • pycuda (2019.1.2)
  • scikit-cuda 0.5.3
