@fengmk2 , @lloydwatkin is an expert on xmpp(which power many of the instant message providers all over the world), and he has given a talk on the 2013 realtime conf. http://2013.realtimeconf.com/

He is also a contributor of node-xmpp and xmpp-ftw which bring the power of xmpp to web(JavaScript being the main language). That would be an interesting topic IMHO.
