When setting a target temperature on a turned-off AC unit and then changing the HVAC mode to turn it on, the AC defaults to 26°C instead of using the target temperature that was set.
Expected behavior
When AC is off, allow setting target temperature
When changing HVAC mode to turn on the AC, it should use the previously set target temperature
Actual behavior
Can set target temperature while AC is off
When changing HVAC mode to turn on AC, it ignores the set target temperature and defaults to 26°C
Steps to reproduce
Turn off AC (set HVAC mode to OFF)
Set target temperature (e.g., to 16°C)
Change HVAC mode to HEAT or COOL
Observe that AC turns on with 26°C instead of 16°C
