YS1603-UC hub not being recognized by Yolink Integration.

The problem

I have a YS1603-UC hub which is not being recognized by the Yolink Integration. Typically connected via wi-fi but have tried a Ethernet without success. My Yolink devices are being integrated along with two YS1604-UC Hubs. Any idead how to solve thsi issue? Thank you
