It always generates a skyline for my user.

Thanks for raising this @langalex. Interestingly, I haven't been able to reproduce it on my side. I'll keep this open so we can identify any others who may be encountering this, and can dig into a bit more detail on what may be happening.

@chrisreddington would you consider add a param such as -vvv, so that debug log could be printed out in the console
