chore: create prototype for TypeScript lab no.1

We will have a lab to have campers practice working with typescript fundamentals.
You can see what videos will come before this on the sheet.

We will supply the css for them. So there will be no steps having them write that out.

There will be a total of 3 labs that will go right after the lecture block and workshop.
This will be lab no.1
