The verbose console logs show the port is taken, but nothing shows up in Obsidian proper. First reported by @kees-.

I need to repro some of these cases and find out where I'm not killing processes.

Maybe I can show something more useful than the error when the port is taken too? E.g. how to kill those processes, or an option to kill them.
