There are some implicit aliasing for node and tsx that may be confusing for users

Right, when running deno task, Deno will alias the node and npx binary to Deno equivalent commands. I don't think we have a flag to not do that, so the workaround for now is to keep invoking those commands with npm run or other npm package managers.
