repack v4 build issue after migration

Build failing after migrating repack v3 to latest 4.3.2 by referring your v4 branch. v3.4.0 is working fine.

the build issue got resolved but having issues after loading the host application.

react-native-gesture-handler is not properly loaded from node modules.

Please post any rules to try in webpack config.

It was working fine in v3 repack.
