需求动机

可以选择性的在Bubble（对话气泡）组件中开启是否可编辑选项，例如可以在左上角添加一个小icon，用于控制编辑事件

提议的 API 是什么样的？

对话气泡 Bubble

为user的对话气泡提供可选的二次编辑功能

API
