[Bug]: Summary shows wrong value

• I have searched and found no existing issue
• I will be providing steps how to reproduce the bug (in most cases this will also mean uploading a demo budget file)

What happened?

Very simple bug, apparently when you change the filter types from "All" to "Any", it doesn't reset back when you remove the previously selected filters, causing the value of the summary field to always show an empty value in all transactions.
