Describe the feature you'd like
Bots playing with less than 50 energy need to realize that structures need demolishing or units need recycling to get enough energy to build a power station.

Describe why do you think it is needed
A bot player that has no power stations and no means to build more are stuck in a hopeless situation even though it can be salvaged. I noticed this while playing against a BoneCrusher bot in a 2 player game. The following is a GZipped replay of the game I discovered the shortcoming in.

re:the replay
The bot gets stuck at about 54 minutes into the game when an air raid of VTOLs takes out all of the power stations in the base leaving the bot without any energy to rebuild.

Concur, bot Power handling / res management is in some areas simplistic.
They all do need an overhaul.
The header for this title should be more like "Bot Power management in stuck low oil conditions"

I'd say as well that bone-crusher is one of the more simple bots in tactics used and coded together in a crazy manner IMO.
It is more like a rusher steamrolling type and that in itself is fine but has quite a few such flaws.
SemperFi and Cobra are better for the interim overall I'd advise.
Nullbot has issues around becoming inactive/dormant for too long.
Nexus is the newbie bot - for now.
