中国用户docker安装错误处理：针对无法获取models.json

Describe the bug
由于GFW，中国用户docker安装无法获取models.json，导致安装失败

tabbyml/tabby latest

解决办法

1. 修改hosts，增加models.json 真实ip ，重启电脑，否则无法穿透到wsl的hosts

2. 进入wsl，选择一个发行版，使用终端代理（需要梯子）

# 查找本机ip 最后的nameserver就是ip
cat /etc/resolv.conf
# 协议填http或sock
export http_proxy="http://ip:port"
export https_proxy="http://ip:port"
# 让环境生效
source /etc/profile

3. 重新执行官方的docker 命令

docker run -it --gpus all -p 8080:8080 -v $HOME/.tabby:/data tabbyml/tabby serve --model TabbyML/StarCoder-1B --device cuda
