The monitoring data cannot be displayed on the host monitoring page and is displayed only after you refresh the page

Bug description

The host monitoring panel displays a "400 error", with no data or charts, and the data grid cannot be loaded. The data will only be displayed after refreshing the page.

How to reproduce

1. Go to the host monitoring page.
2. Click the host ip address.

• Signoz version: 0.57.0
• Browser version: (chrome)131.0.6778.86
• Your OS and version: Linux localhost.localdomain 5.10.134-16.2.an8.x86_64
