Build off of an open-source project

It would be nice if there was an option to upload an open-source project so that new implementations could be added and tested. During the initial setup, while project questions are being asked, one of the questions could be "Would you like to upload an existing project?". Another part of that process could be that GPT-Pilot checks the requirement.txt and determines if updated documentation needs to be uploaded as well. For instance, I ran into an issue trying to implement Gradio. The training data for ChatGPT 4 is older than the current version of Gradio. this led to numerous improperly formatted code.
