Cannot select 'create party' button in create new party form

When logging in and filling out the create a new party form, once I've filled out the required data and hit the 'create party' button at the bottom of the form, an emit error occurs and a new party is not created.

Are you able to reproduce this error because when I try this it just creates the party?

It breaks only once. If you refresh or try again on the same device the problem no longer occurs, I had my coworker test it and they got the same result.
