When deleting space characters with vscode vim (using delete word), other characters are deleted too. This only happens when calva is enabled.

It's hard to tell what goes on with things like VIM delete word. As I am not a VIM extension user this gets even more opaque. You are welcome to run Calva in development mode and see if you can figure out what happens.
